Minc
The startup house of Malmö.
We worked with Minc to bring their new identity to life digitally. From a flexible design system to a more inclusive interface, we collaborated with their internal team and Webflow partner to shape a site that felt as bold, inclusive, and approachable as the startup community behind it.

Minc
Minc is the startup house of Malmö—home to founders, dreamers, and early-stage teams with global ambitions. They offer coaching, community, and space to grow. By the time we joined, the new brand was in place—but hadn’t yet found its footing online. That’s where we came in.
Structure without stripping the soul
The new identity had a ton of heart, but applying it digitally came with challenges. We helped translate it into something more practical—clear layouts, usable patterns, and a visual rhythm that kept the energy without losing focus. Turns out you don’t have to choose between expressive and easy to use.

Confident, colorful, and human
We made small shifts that made a big difference—tweaking type, building a flexible color system, and using that wild organic pattern just enough to feel fun without frying anyone’s screen. The whole thing got lighter, clearer, and more welcoming.

Design that teaches, not just tells
This wasn’t about handing off files. We worked live with the team, designing together and tweaking in the moment. They left with not just a site, but the confidence to keep evolving it—and we could see the ripple effects across their socials by the end of the week.

A system that fits how they actually work
The final site does what it’s supposed to: makes it easy to find info, join a program, or get involved. But more than that, it feels like Minc—bright, optimistic, and full of motion. Exactly how a startup house should feel.
Easiest way to team up. Handsdown.
